Third Cinema Days at Kurorti








ძვირფასო მეგობრებო და კინოს მოყვარულებო, „ქართული კინოს მუშაკები პალესტინისთვის“ და F(r)ictions 13 ოქტომბერს გეპატიჟებიან პალესტინის სოლიდარობისადმი მიძღვნილ კინოჩვენებაზე, რომელიც ეძღვნება ისრაელის მიმდინარე შეჭრას პალესტინაში. გავიხსენებთ 360 ათას პალესტინელს, რომლებიც ამ გენოციდს ემსხვერპლნენ.
ნაჩვენები იქნება ორი ფილმი: მუსტაფა აბუ ალის Scenes From Under Occupation in Gaza (1973) და ბასმა ალშარიფის Ouroboros (2017). ჩვენება გაიმართება „კურორტში“ 17 საათზე. დასწრება უფასოა.

Dear Tbilisi friends and film-goers, Georgian Film Workers for Palestine and F(r)ictions invite you to join us on 13 October for a film screening in solidarity with Palestine.

We will commemorate the one year anniversary of the current Isra*li incursion into Palestine and remember the 360,000 Palestinians who have been killed in this genocide. We will screen two films, Scenes From Under Occupation in Gaza (1973) by Mustafa Abu Ali, and Ouroboros (2017) by Basma Alsharif. We will be at Kurorti and the screening will begin at 5pm. Entry is free.

About Third Cinema Days

Third Cinema Days is a film screening programme for radical cinema, with an interest in radical filmmaking, third cinema, postcolonial film, class struggle, feminism, queer rights, disability rights and anti-imperialism. We are based in Tbilisi, Georgia, using cinema to build solidarity across the region, to contextualise local struggles within a greater network of anti-imperialist movements, and to offer a third space for cultural engagement within a hyper-capitalist landscape of ever-disappearing informal meeting points. Our first edition took place in March 2025, opening with a short by Basma Alsharif, Home Videos Gaza, and the feature documentary No Other Land, by Basel Adra, Rachel Szor, Hamdan Ballal, and Yuval Abraham. Almost each screening was full to the brim, we had audience members spilling out of the auditorium. It was a great success. We went on to curate a special selection for Kutaisi International Short Film Festival . We are working on new programmes for 2026.
